Muralidar Chakravarthi's responsibilities include design and development of electronic control systems for the robot. Duties range from designing custom hardware / firmware based control systems to actually building these units, as well as testing and tuning the units.

Muralidar Chakravarthi is the Lead Software developer for Espion Intl., where he designed and developed "espionBayes", which is basically a probabilistic reasoning algorithm for spam filtering. Robotics has always been a hobby for him, having built a variety of robots from ones that roll to six legged walking robots that actually run bayesian algorithm. His
passion in robotics is what convinced Dr. Arun to make a move to robotics.

Muralidar Chakravarthi earned his MS in computer science from the Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 2003 and BS in computer science from University of Madras (INDIA) in 2000.
